Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Meshflow platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Alpaca Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("Meshflow", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meshflow. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to engage in trading activity in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations.

3. The service

Meshflow provides software for configuring and running automated trading agents that interact with supported exchanges via API. You are the sole decision-maker and operator of your agents. You define all strategy parameters, and you deploy and activate each agent explicitly. Meshflow provides the software environment — not investment advice, portfolio management, or discretionary execution of any kind.

We do not hold your funds and we do not execute trades outside of the agent configuration you have set.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with 30 days notice where reasonably practicable.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without our written consent.

5. API keys and exchange access

When you connect an exchange, you provide Meshflow with API keys. You agree to:

  • Only provide read and trade-only API keys — never withdrawal-enabled keys.
  • Ensure that the API keys you provide are yours to use.
  • Accept that Meshflow is not liable for trading losses resulting from agent activity you have configured.

6. No financial advice

Meshflow is a technology platform, not a financial adviser. Meshflow does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. Meshflow is not a broker, financial adviser, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or tax adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a solicitation of any kind.

Trading involves significant risk of loss. You expressly acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deploy through agents you configure. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. Your decisions made in reliance on this platform are your own, for which you have full responsibility. You trade entirely at your own risk.

7. Regulatory status and no regulatory protection

Meshflow (Alpaca Software Ltd) is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulatory authority, including but not limited to:

  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom
  • The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the United States
  • The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in the United States
  • The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) or any national competent authority under MiFID II in the European Union
  • Any competent authority under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA)

By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are not acting as a retail client seeking regulated investment services from Meshflow.
  • You do not have access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in connection with your use of Meshflow.
  • If you are in the EU, you will not benefit from protections available to clients receiving MiFID II regulated investment services, including any national investor compensation schemes.
  • If you are in the US, your assets and activity through Meshflow are not protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) or the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
  • Crypto-asset services accessed through Meshflow are not governed by MiFID II or MiCA and do not carry equivalent regulatory protections.
  • You are a self-directed user who understands the risks of automated trading and does not rely on Meshflow for investment guidance of any kind.
  • It is your responsibility to determine whether use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

8. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Meshflow to:

  • Engage in market manipulation or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshflow is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Jurisdiction and international use

This service is operated by Alpaca Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you access this service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
